Great location, helpful staff, and nice interior decoration. The hotel's close proximity to the port and shopping district made it easy to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond to suggest where to eat and what to see, which was very helpful. the hotel's decor was a mix of urban, antiques, and a modern edge that helped create a comfortable atmosphere.
Noisy rooms and uncomfortable beds. Although the hotel has a great location, it's near a main road that creates a lot of unpleasant noise and fumes.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the port and the bus station, which made it easy for me to get around during my business trip. the rooms were clean and modern. I appreciated the helpful staff who gave me tips on where to eat and what to see on the island.
The hotel was situated on a busy road which made it difficult to sleep at night. Even though I tried to use earplugs, I couldn't get a good night's rest.
